MOUSSA DIABATE will be teaching an ALL LEVEL HAND DRUMMING WORKSHOP AT DRUMZ on MAY 8th from 7:30pm-9pm! Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to learn from a gifted teacher from Guinea in West Africa. Moussa Diabate is a respected griot, the historians and story tellers in Africa, and has an extensive knowledge of the traditions, history, rhythms, songs, and dances of West Africa. We are honored to have Moussa teach us this music and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a warm , engaging and generous person with such a vast and deep understanding of this musical tradition, be so willing to share!
